📚 General Rules
School Transcript & Stamp Requirements
- Must submit official American diploma transcript (Grades 10–12), stamped by:
- The U.S. accreditation authority or school
- Egyptian General Examination Department (if studied in Egypt)
- Egyptian Embassy and Foreign Ministry (if abroad)
- PoE of 12 years schooling required — same as public universities; must be properly stamped
Arabic & Religion Exams
- Required stamping of Arabic and religion results (Thanaweya Amma)
- General Examination Dept (if in Egypt)
- Egyptian embassy & Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if from abroad)
🏛️ Public (Government) Universities
Grade Composition for Tansik (Central Admission)
- Total score calculation:
- 40 % from school GPA (8 subjects across Grades 10–12)
- 60 % from EST 1 (and EST 2 where required)
- EST1 score ≥ 1050, EST2 ≥ 1100
- If EST1 score is above 1090, a 9% bonus is added.
Subject & Credit Requirements
- Must pass at least 8 subjects (usually 5 in Grade 12 and up to 3 from Grades 10–11)
- Subject breakdown depends on faculty
🏫 Private & Ahlia Universities
Grade Composition
- Total score calculation:
